Emergency or same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For One-Way or Round-Trip Service:

• Base Rate: $________ per __________ within a 25-mile pick up location; additional miles are charged at $3.00 per mile.

• Additional Stops: $10.00 per stop.

• First 30 Minutes Free: No charge for the first 30 minutes of waiting.

• Wait Time Fee: $15 per hour (applied after the first 30 minutes).

• Cancellation Fee: $90.00 if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur a fee of $30.00 per invoice if not received within two (2) days.
